Biography - Born in India in 1935, Mohan Lal Sharma studied art with his father, a painter of religious subjects and portraits of Royal Families of Jodhpur. He furthered his studies with a famous artist A.H. Muller for eight years. He completed the inter grade drawing examination of Maharastra Government, Bombay, an art diploma in Fine Art of Rajasthan School of Art at Jaipur and the Examination of Royal Drawing Society, London, England. He received several awards including State Award by Rajasthan Lalit Kala Academy and National Award by Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi. Received the award at Tannery Row, Buford GA, plein air art show and award at Nationa art fair in Perry, GA.
