Artist's Statement -My style has evolved through many years of learning and exploring the fine arts. Composition, color and shapes are key components of my work. I use these elements together to convey my immediate surroundings and bring to life what I see. My daily life as an artist is never-ending process of learning and experimenting with different types of medium and subject matter. My paintings have become increasingly non-objective over time, with abstract shapes juxtaposed and layered. I flit between oil painting, watercolor and acrylic, mixed media, drawing and occasional sculpture. I am an active artist and an experienced watercolors.My original paintings are exposed in juried exhibitions, galleries, and held in private and corporate collections in the US and internationally.
